EDITH — Personal AI Operating System

Overview

EDITH is a full-stack AI operating system that integrates LLM-powered conversational intelligence, long-term memory, autonomous task execution and multi-tool agent workflows on top of the Claude APIs. It pairs a React front-end with an Express/MySQL backend that persists conversation history, contacts, tasks and context — so the assistant gets more useful the more you use it.

The agent reaches into Gmail and Slack to search and draft email, summarize messages and extract tasks, turning natural-language intent into real cross-platform actions through tool calling.
